I would like to express my thanks for the service my wife, Zoe and I received from John Wainui at your Greensborough office. The day we met with John we had had a bad experience with another agent a couple of hours previously. We'd driven 25km to view a house and the agent left us standing in the rain without showing up. When we called he blamed his assistant. After about 6 months house hunting this was the lowest point. Not a great start to the day. We met John later that day and the experience couldn't have been more different. He was there on time, he was prepared, he was polite and he was eager to provide the best service we'd received up to the date. He had no hesitation to answer our questions and he was honest. He left us with a good feeling about the house and the service we could expect to receive. Later dealings with John proved to be of the same high standard. He called back when he said he would, he provided the information he promised and he was always available to answer questions. Needless to say we bought the house. It was just what we were looking for in a beautiful location (St Helena) and we look forward to moving in soon. On the day of settlement John arrived unexpectedly at our house with a celebratory present for us and stayed for a quick chat. We would like to thank John and Ray White Greensborough for their great service.
